Heated Fishery Processed Foodstuff Manufacturer
Qualifications:
- At least a High School graduate.
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in food manufacturing, seafood processing, food production, or a related field.
- Must have a Certificate of Employment (COE) documenting relevant work experience (issued not later than 2021 as required by the employer).
- Physically and mentally fit to work abroad.
- Medically fit for overseas employment.
- Must be willing to undergo 3โ4 months of free Japanese language training before deployment.
- Basic knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and quality control is an advantage.
- Ability to work in cold environments and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Process and prepare fishery products for cooking, heating, packaging, and distribution.
- Operate food processing equipment used for cleaning, cutting, cooking, steaming, boiling, baking, or other heat-processing methods.
- Monitor product quality throughout the production process to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Inspect raw materials and finished products for quality, freshness, and appearance.
- Weigh, portion, package, label, and prepare processed seafood products for shipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of production areas, equipment, and workstations in accordance with food safety regulations.
- Follow Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) procedures and company hygiene protocols.
- Perform routine equipment cleaning and basic maintenance as instructed.
- Record production data and report any quality or equipment issues to supervisors.
- Follow Japanese workplace regulations, food manufacturing procedures, and safety requirements.
- Participate in the employer’s free 3โ4 months Japanese language training before deployment.
- Perform other food processing and manufacturing duties assigned by management.
