Heated Fishery Processed Foodstuff Manufacturer

Qualifications:

• At least a High School graduate.
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in food manufacturing, seafood processing, food production, or a related field.
• Must have a Certificate of Employment (COE) documenting relevant work experience (issued not later than 2021 as required by the employer).
• Physically and mentally fit to work abroad.
• Medically fit for overseas employment.
• Must be willing to undergo 3–4 months of free Japanese language training before deployment.
• Basic knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and quality control is an advantage.
• Ability to work in cold environments and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Process and prepare fishery products for cooking, heating, packaging, and distribution.
• Operate food processing equipment used for cleaning, cutting, cooking, steaming, boiling, baking, or other heat-processing methods.
• Monitor product quality throughout the production process to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Inspect raw materials and finished products for quality, freshness, and appearance.
• Weigh, portion, package, label, and prepare processed seafood products for shipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of production areas, equipment, and workstations in accordance with food safety regulations.
• Follow Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) procedures and company hygiene protocols.
• Perform routine equipment cleaning and basic maintenance as instructed.
• Record production data and report any quality or equipment issues to supervisors.
• Follow Japanese workplace regulations, food manufacturing procedures, and safety requirements.
• Participate in the employer’s free 3–4 months Japanese language training before deployment.
• Perform other food processing and manufacturing duties assigned by management.
