Fire Alarm Installer

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years overseas experience as a Fire Alarm Installer (specialist preferred)
Strong knowledge of fire alarm systems (conventional and addressable systems)
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and electrical plans
Experience in installation, testing, and fault-finding
Good English communication skills
Relevant certifications or training in fire alarm systems is an advantage
Physically fit and able to work on-site
45 years old and below
Applicants must be currently residing in the Philippines during the application process

Responsibilities:

Install fire alarm systems including wiring, detectors, control panels, and notification devices
Read and interpret electrical plans, schematics, and layout drawings
Conduct testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of fire alarm systems
Ensure all installations comply with New Zealand safety standards and regulations
Perform system inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other trades on-site
Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and service records
