He was employed in a full time (48 hours per week), permanent and paid job position. Brief description of his roles and responsibilities: - Installs components, units and printed circuit boards following specifications. - Have experience using test electronic test equipment. - Be able to read and understand technical drawings, datasheets, and written work instructions. -Performs preventive maintenance activities on SMT/FCA and other FPC/PCBA machines -Generates and maintains documentation on PM and equipment maintenance. Activities (check sheets, standard reports, justifications, scheduling, etc.) -Performs continuous machine assessment activities and generates and executes corrective actions. -Repair and troubleshoot machines to ensure continues production. -See to it that all machines in the area are effectively use by production and check if the standard parameters of every machine was use. -Generate report for all trouble encounters in the line especially on the machine. -Test, Debug and Repair customer returned (RMA) products. - Involved in debugging to component level new and pre-existing product. -Repair/replacement of electro-mechanical components associated with device. - Calibration of equipment. -Be an experienced Electronics Technician with excellent soldering skills. - Document Control, responsible for producing and maintaining records associated with the Test/Debug/Repair process. - Build and test prototypes.
