Bailey Tanks Limited is a trusted manufacturer specializing in high-quality plastic and storage solutions. We are seeking skilled and experienced Plastic Technicians to join our growing team in New Zealand and contribute to efficient production operations.

PLASTIC TECHNICIAN

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years verifiable work experience as a Plastic Technician or in a related manufacturing role.
  • Experience in:
    • Factory rotational moulding
    • HDPE pipe extrusion
    • Extrusion compounding and pulverising
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and safety standards.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physically fit and willing to work overseas.
  • Willing to undergo assessment and interview processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor plastic manufacturing equipment and machinery.
  • Perform factory rotational moulding processes efficiently and safely.
  • Handle pipe extrusion using HDPE materials.
  • Conduct extrusion compounding and pulverising operations.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Troubleshoot equipment and production issues as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper operation within the production area.
