Pekabex is seeking skilled Concrete Workers to join its precast concrete production operations in Poland. The successful candidates will be responsible for preparing, placing, finishing, and curing concrete elements while ensuring compliance with technical drawings, quality standards, and workplace safety regulations.
CONCRETE WORKER
Qualifications:
- 25–35 years old.
- High School Graduate or TESDA NC II holder in a related construction trade.
- Minimum of 1 year of paid and verifiable work experience as a Concrete Worker, Reinforcement Worker (Steel Fixer), or Formwork Carpenter.
- Ability to speak and understand basic English.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Experience in precast concrete production is an advantage.
- Valid driver’s license is required.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual work in a production or construction environment.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to workplace safety.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare molds, formwork, and reinforcement prior to concrete placement.
- Mix, pour, level, and finish concrete according to project specifications and production requirements.
- Install reinforcement bars and assist with steel fixing and formwork assembly when required.
- Produce precast concrete components in accordance with approved technical drawings and quality standards.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, dimensions, and production instructions.
- Inspect completed concrete products to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and concrete production equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow company quality procedures and occupational health and safety regulations.
- Assist with other production and construction-related duties as assigned.
