CNC Machinist

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a CNC Machinist
• Experienced in Mazatrol Controller programming and operation
• Proficient in Fusion 360 programming software
• Knowledgeable in operating CNC 5-Axis Machines, particularly Mazak Integrex Machines
• Good English communication and comprehension skills
• Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and precision measurement
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications
• Experience in setting up, programming, and troubleshooting CNC equipment
• Knowledge of workplace safety and quality standards

Responsibilities:

• Set up, program, and operate CNC machining equipment according to engineering specifications
• Operate and monitor Mazak Integrex 5-axis machines to produce precision components
• Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs using Mazatrol and Fusion 360
• Interpret engineering drawings, dimensions, and machining requirements
• Select appropriate tooling, fixtures, and machining parameters
• Perform first-off inspections and quality checks using precision measuring instruments
• Troubleshoot machining, programming, and equipment issues
• Maintain production quality and ensure dimensional accuracy of finished components
• Perform routine machine maintenance and report equipment issues
• Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain accurate production records
