TOPNEST S.R.O. is looking for dedicated and hardworking individuals to fill the position of Cattle Caregiver. The role involves the daily care and management of dairy cattle, ensuring their health, safety, and productivity in a farm environment.

CATTLE CAREGIVER / DAIRY FARMER

Qualifications:

  • Male applicants only
  • Age: 28 to 45 years old
  • Experience working with dairy cattle, particularly Holstein breed, is preferred
  • Familiarity with milking parlour systems (rotary and fishbone) is an advantage
  • Dehorning skills are an advantage
  • Artificial insemination skills are an advantage
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and be an active driver
  • Physically fit and capable of performing intensive manual labor
  • Able to work in physically demanding environments and varying weather conditions
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Committed to animal welfare and farm safety

Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily care and feeding of cattle
  • Assist in milking operations using various parlour systems
  • Monitor animal health and report any issues promptly
  • Perform basic farm procedures such as cleaning, maintenance, and waste management
  • Assist with breeding-related tasks, including artificial insemination (if qualified)
  • Handle cattle safely and humanely at all times
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of farm facilities
  • Follow all safety protocols and farm regulations
