Al Sharq Factories for Plastic is seeking an experienced C/S Machine Operator to support its plastic bags and rolls manufacturing operations in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining cutting and sealing machines to ensure efficient production, consistent product quality, and compliance with manufacturing standards.

C/S Machine Operator

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in plastic bags and rolls manufacturing operations.
• Graduate of Technical Diploma, Vocational course, or equivalent qualification.
• Experience operating C/S (Cutting and Sealing) machines in a plastic manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of machine operation, production processes, and quality control procedures.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic machine issues and perform adjustments.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Applicant must have a valid passport with at least 1 year validity.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor C/S (Cutting and Sealing) machines used in plastic bag and roll production.
• Set up machines, adjust operating parameters, and ensure proper machine performance.
• Monitor production output and ensure products meet required quality specifications.
• Perform routine machine checks, troubleshooting, and basic adjustments to minimize downtime.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure consistency in size, sealing, and overall quality.
• Follow production schedules and maintain accurate production records and reports.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams regarding machine issues and required repairs.
• Perform preventive maintenance activities and maintain equipment in good working condition.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures and manufacturing standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized production area.
