Hanbo Engineering & Construction Co., Ltd. is seeking skilled and detail-oriented Brush Painters to join its construction team in Poland. This opportunity is ideal for experienced painters with strong skills in surface preparation, brush application, protective coatings, and finishing work for construction and industrial projects.

BRUSH PAINTER

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Brush Painter, Industrial Painter, Construction Painter, or similar position.
• Experience in construction, industrial painting, steel structures, equipment, or protective coating applications is preferred.
• Skilled in brush painting, surface preparation, coating application, and finishing techniques.
• Knowledge of different types of paints, primers, protective coatings, thinners, and application methods.
• Ability to achieve consistent and high-quality finishes with attention to detail.
• Physically fit and capable of standing, bending, climbing, and performing manual work for extended periods.
• Ability to work safely at heights and in demanding construction or industrial environments when required.
• Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and proper handling of painting materials.
• Reliable, hardworking, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively as part of a construction team.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, scraping, removing rust, and repairing minor surface imperfections.
• Apply paints, primers, protective coatings, and other finishing materials using brushes according to project requirements.
• Ensure proper coverage, thickness, color, and finish of painted surfaces.
• Mix and prepare paints, coatings, thinners, and other materials according to manufacturer specifications.
• Paint structural steel, metal components, equipment, pipes, walls, and other assigned surfaces.
• Perform touch-up and finishing work to correct uneven coverage, scratches, defects, or damaged coatings.
• Inspect painted surfaces to ensure they meet required quality and appearance standards.
• Protect surrounding areas, equipment, and finished surfaces from paint splashes, spills, and contamination.
• Clean and properly maintain brushes, tools, containers, and other painting equipment after use.
• Follow proper procedures for handling, storage, and disposal of paints, solvents, and chemical materials.
• Work closely with supervisors, construction workers, and other trades to coordinate painting activities and project schedules.
• Follow project specifications, technical instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout painting and finishing activities.
• Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when working with paints, coatings, chemicals, and at elevated locations.
• Perform other painting, coating, and finishing duties assigned by management.
