Public Interest Incorporated Foundation J&C is seeking qualified and hardworking applicants for the position of Fishery-Boiled-Fish-Paste Manufacturer in Japan. This opportunity is available under a Technical Intern Training Program (TITP) three-year contract and is suitable for applicants with relevant fishery or food manufacturing experience who are willing to undergo Japanese language training before deployment.
FISHERY-BOILED-FISH-PASTE MANUFACTURER
Qualifications:
- At least High School Graduate.
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in the same or related field, with a Certificate of Employment dated 2021 or earlier, as specified by the employer.
- Must be willing to undergo 3โ4 months of free Japanese language training before deployment.
- Must be willing to work under a TITP three-year contract.
- Physically and mentally prepared to work and live abroad.
- Medically fit to work and capable of performing physically demanding food processing duties.
- Able to work in a fast-paced fishery and food manufacturing environment.
- Willing to follow Japanese workplace rules, safety procedures, production standards, and company policies.
- Hardworking, disciplined, responsible, and willing to learn Japanese language and workplace practices.
Responsibilities:
- Process and prepare fish and seafood products according to established production procedures.
- Perform sorting, cleaning, cutting, trimming, and preparation of fish and other raw materials.
- Assist in the production of boiled fish paste and other processed fishery products.
- Operate and monitor food processing equipment and machinery according to established procedures.
- Prepare ingredients and materials required for fish paste production.
- Follow prescribed cooking, boiling, mixing, forming, cooling, and processing procedures.
- Monitor the quality, freshness, appearance, and proper handling of fish and seafood products.
- Ensure products are processed and prepared according to company quality and food safety standards.
- Pack, label, store, and arrange finished products properly for distribution.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, equipment, tools, and processing areas.
- Follow proper food handling, hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
- Handle raw materials, finished products, equipment, and tools carefully to prevent contamination or damage.
- Assist other production workers and supervisors to maintain smooth and efficient processing operations.
- Report equipment problems, product quality concerns, and other production issues to supervisors.
- Perform other fish processing, food manufacturing, and production duties assigned by management.
