HAIRDRESSER
Qualifications:
- Female applicants only.
- Age: 25 to 40 years old.
- Minimum of 2 years of related work experience as a Hairdresser.
- Must specialize in hair coloring and hair styling.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Perform professional haircuts, trims, and styling based on clients’ preferences and current beauty trends.
- Specialize in hair coloring services, including full color, highlights, balayage, ombré, root touch-ups, color correction, and toning.
- Provide hair treatments such as deep conditioning, keratin treatments, hair spa, and scalp care.
- Style hair using blow-drying, curling, straightening, braiding, and updos for everyday and special occasions.
- Consult with clients to recommend suitable hairstyles, colors, and treatments based on hair condition and facial features.
- Assess hair and scalp health and recommend appropriate professional hair care products.
- Prepare and safely mix hair color formulas according to manufacturer instructions.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of salon tools, equipment, workstations, and styling chairs.
- Ensure compliance with salon hygiene standards and workplace safety procedures.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Keep updated with current hair fashion trends, coloring techniques, and new salon products.
- Perform other salon-related duties assigned by management.
