Public Interest Incorporated Foundation J&C is seeking qualified and hardworking applicants for the position of Plastic Molding / Injection Forming Worker in Japan. This opportunity is available under a Technical Intern Training Program (TITP) three-year contract and is suitable for applicants with relevant plastic molding or injection forming experience who are willing to undergo Japanese language training before deployment.

PLASTIC MOLDING / INJECTION FORMING WORKER

Qualifications:

• At least High School Graduate.
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in plastic molding, injection forming, or a related field, with a Certificate of Employment dated
• 2021 or earlier, as specified by the employer.
• Must be willing to undergo 3–4 months of free Japanese language training before deployment.
• Must be willing to work under a TITP three-year contract.
• Physically and mentally prepared to work and live abroad.
• Medically fit to work and capable of performing physically demanding factory duties.
• Basic understanding of machine operation, production procedures, and workplace safety is an advantage.
• Willing to learn Japanese language, workplace practices, and technical procedures.
• Hardworking, disciplined, responsible, and able to work effectively as part of a production team.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor plastic injection molding and forming machines according to established production procedures.
• Prepare plastic materials, molds, tools, and equipment before starting production.
• Load and feed raw plastic materials into molding machines as required.
• Set and adjust basic machine operating parameters according to production specifications and supervisor instructions.
• Monitor molding cycles, machine performance, temperature, pressure, and other operating conditions.
• Inspect molded plastic products for defects such as cracks, deformation, incomplete molding, flash, discoloration, or dimensional irregularities.
• Remove, trim, clean, and finish molded plastic parts according to production requirements.
• Separate defective products and report quality issues to supervisors.
• Assist with mold installation, removal, cleaning, and basic maintenance as required.
• Maintain proper production records, inspection records, and material usage information.
• Keep machines, tools, workstations, and production areas clean and organized.
• Follow established production, quality control, food-free industrial hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.
• Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when operating machinery and handling materials.
• Report machine malfunctions, abnormalities, safety hazards, and maintenance requirements promptly.
• Assist other production workers and supervisors to maintain efficient production operations.
• Perform other plastic molding, injection forming, production, and factory duties assigned by management.
