Radar Operations and Maintenance Company is seeking an experienced Brazer with specialized experience in HVAC coil manufacturing. The successful candidate will be responsible for brazing copper tubing used in evaporator, condenser, chilled water, and DX coils, while ensuring strong, leak-free joints and compliance with quality and safety standards.

Candidates with experience in leak testing, pressure testing, and HVAC coil production are highly preferred.

BRAZER (HVAC Coil Manufacturing)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as a Brazer in an HVAC Coil Manufacturing company.
• Skilled in brazing copper tubing for:
  • Evaporator coils
  • Condenser coils
  • Chilled water coils
  • DX (Direct Expansion) coils
• Experience in HVAC coil manufacturing and assembly.
• Knowledge of proper brazing techniques and procedures.
• Experience in leak testing and pressure testing is preferred.
• Ability to identify poor-quality brazed joints and perform necessary repairs.
• Must be at least a High School Graduate.
• A technical certification in welding or brazing is an advantage.
• Good understanding of workplace safety procedures.
• Physically fit and capable of performing repetitive manufacturing and brazing tasks.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:

• Perform brazing of copper tubing for HVAC coils, including evaporator, condenser, chilled water, and DX coils.
• Prepare copper tubes, fittings, joints, and coil components before brazing.
• Use appropriate brazing equipment, materials, and techniques to produce strong and reliable joints.
• Ensure brazed connections are properly aligned, sealed, and free from visible defects.
• Inspect brazed joints for quality, consistency, and proper workmanship.
• Perform or assist with leak testing and pressure testing of completed HVAC coils.
• Identify and repair defective or leaking joints as required.
• Follow approved manufacturing procedures, technical specifications, and quality standards.
• Operate brazing tools and equipment safely and maintain them in good working condition.
• Follow proper workplace safety procedures when handling gas cylinders, torches, brazing materials, and other equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Coordinate with coil assemblers, technicians, quality inspectors, and supervisors during production.
• Report production defects, equipment problems, or material issues to the supervisor.
• Meet required production schedules and quality targets.
• Perform other brazing and HVAC coil manufacturing duties as assigned.
