Branch Manager

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s / College Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Finance, or related fields.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Sales and customer service expertise.
• Strong financial management and analytical skills.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of industry regulations, especially in banking, finance, automotive, or transport operations, is an advantage.
• Ability to develop and implement business strategies to improve branch performance.
• Proficient in preparing operational and financial reports.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations and ensure smooth business functioning.
• Lead, train, supervise, and motivate branch staff to achieve company objectives.
• Set, monitor, and achieve branch sales and performance targets.
• Develop and implement business strategies to grow branch operations and profitability.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Monitor branch financial performance, budgets, expenses, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, customers, and the local community.
• Analyze operational reports and identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Maintain branch security, workplace safety, and risk management standards at all times.
