Barista

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in the food and beverage (F&B) industry
• BT or TS degree in Hospitality or related field
• Good English communication skills
• Fast learner and presentable
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, and other beverages
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, and related equipment properly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and work area
• Take customer orders and ensure accurate preparation and service
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries politely
• Follow standard recipes, portioning, and presentation guidelines
• Assist in inventory control and restocking of coffee supplies and ingredients
• Comply with food safety and hygiene standards
