Marumi Suisan is seeking a dedicated Aquaculture Worker with experience in scallop and oyster farming. The ideal candidate will have completed technical training and possess hands-on experience in aquaculture operations, contributing to the efficient production and maintenance of shellfish farms.
AQUACULTURE (Scallop and Oyster Farming) (SSW)
Qualifications:
- Male applicants, aged 20–40 years old.
- Completed 3 years as a technical intern trainee in scallop and oyster farming.
- Practical knowledge of aquaculture techniques and farm management.
- Ability to work in outdoor and aquatic environments under varying weather conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily operations of scallop and oyster farming, including seeding, feeding, cleaning, and harvesting.
- Maintain and monitor farm equipment and culture environments to ensure optimal growth conditions.
- Follow aquaculture best practices and safety protocols to prevent contamination and ensure high-quality produce.
- Record and report observations regarding shellfish health, growth, and environmental conditions.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient and productive farm operations.
