Safety and Fire Experts Co. is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Storekeeper to manage warehouse and inventory operations in Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, storing, and controlling materials, equipment, and supplies while ensuring accurate inventory records and compliance with proper storage and safety procedures.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience as a Storekeeper, Warehouse Assistant, or similar position.
• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Engineering (Others), Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience using inventory management systems or ERP systems is preferred.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Good knowledge of inventory control, warehouse procedures, and material handling practices.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with different departments.

Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming materials, equipment, and supplies while verifying quantities and quality against purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Inspect all received items and immediately report shortages, damages, or discrepancies to the Purchasing Department.
• Arrange and store materials in designated locations according to proper storage procedures and safety requirements.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, stock movement reports, and warehouse documentation.
• Issue materials, tools, and supplies based on approved requests and company procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with regular stock counts and reconciliation activities.
• Ensure proper labeling, handling, and storage of materials to prevent damage or loss.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
• Update inventory records using manual records or electronic inventory systems.
• Coordinate with purchasing, operations, and other departments regarding stock availability and requirements.
• Follow company policies, warehouse procedures, and health and safety regulations.
