Bitumat Co. Ltd. is seeking experienced and physically fit Production Operators to work on its bituminous membrane production line in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidates will support daily manufacturing operations, monitor production equipment and processes, maintain product quality, and follow established safety and production procedures. Candidates with at least five years of manufacturing industry experience and good communication skills are encouraged to apply.

PRODUCTION OPERATOR (Bituminous Membrane Line)

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Previous experience as a Production Operator, Machine Operator, Manufacturing Operator, or similar position is an advantage.
• Experience in a continuous manufacturing or production-line environment is preferred.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, machinery operation, and production procedures.
• Ability to monitor production equipment and identify abnormal operating conditions.
• Good communication skills and ability to understand and follow work instructions.
• Physically fit and capable of performing production-line duties in an industrial environment.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a production team.
• Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and attention to safety.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to follow company safety, quality, housekeeping, and operational procedures.
• Passport ready.
• Willing to work in Saudi Arabia.
• Reliable, hardworking, adaptable, and willing to follow instructions from supervisors and management.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor equipment used in the bituminous membrane production line according to established operating procedures.
• Assist with the continuous production of waterproofing membranes while maintaining required production standards.
• Monitor production processes, machine conditions, operating parameters, and material flow.
• Feed or load approved raw materials into production equipment as required.
• Check production output for visible defects, inconsistencies, or quality issues.
• Assist in maintaining proper membrane thickness, dimensions, coating, finishing, and product appearance.
• Conduct routine checks of machinery and production equipment and report abnormalities to the supervisor.
• Make basic operational adjustments to equipment within authorized procedures.
• Assist with machine start-up, shutdown, changeover, cleaning, and routine production activities.
• Monitor production materials and report shortages or irregularities to the appropriate supervisor.
• Handle raw materials and finished products safely and properly to prevent damage and unnecessary waste.
• Perform basic cleaning and housekeeping of machines, workstations, production areas, and equipment.
• Follow established production schedules and work instructions to achieve daily manufacturing targets.
• Conduct or assist with basic production and quality checks according to company procedures.
• Record production information, equipment conditions, material usage, and other required operational data.
• Immediately report equipment malfunctions, product defects, safety hazards, or unusual production conditions.
• Coordinate with maintenance personnel when equipment requires inspection, repair, or technical assistance.
• Follow all company policies concerning occupational health, safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
• Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safe working practices at all times.
• Work closely with supervisors, technicians, quality personnel, and fellow operators to maintain smooth production operations.
• Assist in identifying production problems and implementing corrective actions as directed by supervisors.
• Maintain discipline, punctuality, cleanliness, and proper conduct within the manufacturing facility.
• Perform other production-related duties assigned by management.
