Vision Manpower PTE LTD is seeking dedicated and compassionate Child Care Assistants to provide care, supervision, and support for children in a child-centered environment in Singapore. The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring children’s safety, health, hygiene, emotional well-being, and participation in daily activities while maintaining a nurturing and supportive environment.

CHILD CARE

Qualifications:

• Open to Male and Female applicants.
• Minimum age requirement: 22 years old.
• At least High School Graduate.
• Must have relevant and current experience in a nursing home or child-centered work environment.
• Passionate, patient, and compassionate when working with children.
• Ability to provide care, assistance, and supervision effectively.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with children and caregiving teams.
• Must have no criminal record.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Provide daily care, assistance, and supervision to children in accordance with established care programs and procedures.
• Support the delivery of activities, services, and programs designed for children’s development and well-being.
• Monitor children’s general health conditions and report any concerns or changes in behavior or health.
• Assist in addressing behavioral issues and promote positive discipline and interaction.
• Track children’s attendance, daily routines, activities, and assigned responsibilities.
• Ensure children’s comfort, personal hygiene, safety, and overall well-being are properly attended to.
• Assist children with daily living activities, including personal care and routine tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of units, including toilets and common areas.
• Ensure children follow proper bedtime routines and schedules.
• Attend morning meetings to exchange information and discuss improvements in caregiving practices.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for all children.
• Follow workplace policies, safety procedures, and caregiving standards.
