Aureol Global Connections is seeking experienced Injection Molding Machine Setters for placement in Ireland. The successful candidates will be responsible for setting up, operating, and optimizing injection molding machines to ensure efficient production, consistent product quality, and compliance with safety and manufacturing standards.

This role is ideal for individuals with strong technical expertise in injection molding, particularly with Engel machines, and experience in high-volume manufacturing environments.

INJECTION MOLDING MACHINE SETTER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Injection Molding Machine Setter or in a similar manufacturing role.
• Experience operating Engel injection molding machines.
• Knowledge of Brink automation and In-Mold Labeling (IML) systems.
• Experience working in manufacturing industries such as packaging, food production, engineered components, or similar production environments.
• Strong knowledge of injection molding machine operation and team-based production concepts.
• Familiarity with line clearance procedures and workplace health and safety protocols.
• Ability to troubleshoot machine and process issues effectively.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a production team.
• Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Responsibilities:

• Set up, adjust, and operate injection molding machines to meet production requirements.
• Perform machine changeovers, process adjustments, and start-up activities to ensure optimal production efficiency.
• Operate and maintain Engel injection molding machines.
• Support production processes involving Brink automation and In-Mold Labeling (IML) systems.
• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot processing issues to minimize downtime.
• Ensure products meet quality specifications through regular inspections and process monitoring.
• Follow line clearance procedures and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Work closely with production teams to achieve production targets and continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain accurate production records and report equipment or process issues as required.
• Perform routine housekeeping and ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
