AGRICULTURAL EQUIPMENT TECHNICIAN

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3+ years experience in agricultural machinery servicing or related mechanical field.
• English proficiency required (IELTS or School Certificate).
• Must possess a valid Passport, TESDA Certificate, and Driver’s License.
• Verifiable work experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Experience in diagnostics and repair of tractors, harvesters, sprayers, and farming equipment.
• Ability to use OEM diagnostic software and modern troubleshooting tools.
• Familiarity with precision agriculture systems and advanced farm machinery.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and technical reporting skills.

Responsibilities:

• Perform servicing, diagnostics, and repairs on agricultural machinery.
• Carry out scheduled and preventive maintenance according to manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults accurately and efficiently.
• Attend field breakdowns and provide on-site technical support during peak seasons.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding machine condition and repair timelines.
• Ensure minimal equipment downtime and high operational reliability.
• Use diagnostic software and tools for modern agricultural machinery troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate service records and complete documentation promptly.
• Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and manufacturer guidelines.
• Maintain clean, organized workshop and field service environments.
• Build strong customer relationships through reliable technical support and professional service.
• Provide recommendations to improve equipment performance and lifespan.
