TOPNEST S.R.O. is seeking skilled and safety-conscious Industrial Forklift Operators to join its heavy industrial operations in the Czech Republic. The successful candidates will be responsible for operating large industrial forklifts and raw material handling equipment to safely transport raw materials, molten metal, and finished products within a foundry or heavy manufacturing environment while ensuring compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.

INDUSTRIAL FORKLIFT OPERATOR

Qualifications:

• Male applicants only.
• Age: 20 to 38 years old.
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual work in a heavy industrial environment.
• Minimum height: 160 cm (5’2″).
• Preferably with experience operating large industrial forklifts in a foundry or heavy industrial environment.
• Knowledgeable in safely operating industrial forklifts and transporting molten metal according to production requirements.
• Experience in handling raw materials, loading and unloading materials, and weighing materials based on work instructions.
• Familiarity with operating raw material hall crane equipment is an advantage.
• Strong awareness of workplace safety, hazard prevention, and industrial operating procedures.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules and in high-temperature industrial environments.

Responsibilities:

• Operate large industrial forklifts to safely transport raw materials, molten metal, and finished products throughout the production facility.
• Load, unload, move, stack, and position materials according to production schedules and work instructions.
• Handle and transport molten metal using specialized industrial forklifts while strictly following safety procedures.
• Operate raw material hall crane equipment to support material movement and production operations.
• Weigh raw materials and verify quantities in accordance with production requirements and company procedures.
• Perform pre-operation and post-operation inspections of forklifts, cranes, and material handling equipment.
• Report equipment malfunctions, defects, or unsafe working conditions to supervisors immediately.
  Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and ensure proper storage of materials.
• Comply with occupational health and safety regulations, information security policies, and company reporting procedures.
• Assist production personnel with material handling and inventory movement as required.
• Perform routine equipment care and basic maintenance checks to ensure safe operation.
• Carry out other related duties assigned by supervisors or management.
