Interlink Shipping Line Pte. Ltd. is seeking reliable and hardworking General Workers to support daily operations in the shipping and marine industry. The successful candidates will assist with general maintenance, cargo handling, housekeeping, and other operational activities to ensure the efficient and safe functioning of vessels, workshops, and company facilities.

GENERAL WORKER

Qualifications:

• Male or Female applicants are welcome to apply.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in the Shipping Industry or any related field.
• Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor and lifting materials when required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of workplace safety practices and proper use of tools and equipment.
• Hardworking, dependable, responsible, and willing to perform a variety of operational tasks.
• Willing to work flexible hours when required to support shipping operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the loading, unloading, handling, and movement of cargo, materials, tools, and equipment.
• Perform general maintenance, cleaning, and housekeeping duties onboard vessels, in workshops, and within company facilities.
• Support maintenance teams during repair, servicing, and inspection activities as directed by supervisors.
• Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist in organizing and storing materials, spare parts, and supplies in designated storage areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work areas, equipment, and facilities.
• Follow workplace health, safety, environmental, and maritime regulations at all times.
• Report damaged equipment, unsafe conditions, or operational issues to supervisors promptly.
• Assist with other shipping, logistics, and operational tasks as assigned by management.
• Perform other related duties necessary to support daily company operations.
