TOPNEST S.R.O. is seeking hardworking and physically fit Production Workers to join its foundry and manufacturing operations in the Czech Republic. The successful candidates will perform a variety of production tasks, including handling raw materials, operating production equipment, manufacturing foundry cores, and supporting daily production activities while maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and workplace safety.

PRODUCTION WORKER

Qualifications:

• Male applicants only.
• Age: 20 to 38 years old.
• Physically fit and capable of working in a demanding industrial or foundry environment.
• Minimum height: 160 cm (5’2″).
• Experience in manufacturing, metalworking, foundry operations, or production work is an advantage.
• Knowledge of production processes, material handling, and industrial safety practices is preferred.
• Ability to operate production equipment and perform repetitive manual tasks efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet quality and production targets.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules and in high-temperature industrial environments.

Responsibilities:

• Perform assigned production tasks in accordance with established quality standards and production schedules.
• Handle, unload, store, and replenish raw materials, including liquid metal, following company procedures and safety regulations.
• Operate production machinery, equipment, and tools safely and efficiently.
• Manufacture, transport, and prepare foundry cores for production processes.
• Inspect, repair, and maintain foundry components to ensure product quality and operational efficiency.
• Monitor production equipment and promptly report malfunctions, defects, or maintenance requirements.
• Operate the raw material hall crane to move materials and support production operations when authorized.
• Conduct visual inspections of products and materials to ensure compliance with quality specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of production areas, equipment, and workstations.
• Follow occupational health, safety, environmental, and information security policies at all times.
• Assist with general production, material handling, and other manufacturing tasks as assigned by supervisors.
• Perform other related duties necessary to support efficient foundry operations.
