The Migration Agency is hiring a Physiotherapist for deployment to Australia. The role involves providing assessment, treatment, rehabilitation, and ongoing patient care across clinical and community settings while supporting quality improvement and professional development initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist.
• AHPRA Registration is required.
• Minimum of 3 years full-time clinical experience in a related field.
• Experienced in managing complex caseloads independently through assessment, therapy planning, ongoing treatment, and reflective practice.
• Ability to support professional development and quality improvement initiatives in both clinical and community settings.
• Strong clinical reasoning, assessment, and rehabilitation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• IELTS Band 7 or equivalent is required.
• Fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide physiotherapy interventions to improve mobility, function, and quality of life.
• Manage complex caseloads independently in clinical and community environments.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment goals and rehabilitation programs.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation in accordance with professional standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Participate in quality improvement, professional development, and evidence-based practice initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with AHPRA standards, workplace policies, and healthcare regulations.
• Promote patient safety and deliver high-quality physiotherapy services.
