RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in restaurant or food service operations.
• Candidates must hold a Vocational Diploma or Short Course Certificate in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management or related fields.
• Male applicants are preferred for this role.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to coordinate and manage multiple activities simultaneously.
• Knowledgeable in restaurant operations, customer service, and dining standards.
• Experience in supervising kitchen and dining room staff.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced hospitality environments.
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and workplace operational procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise kitchen and dining room activities to ensure smooth restaurant operations and customer satisfaction.
• Schedule staff activities and shifts according to restaurant standards and operational requirements.
• Monitor staff performance and ensure compliance with service and hygiene standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff, servers, and management to maintain efficient workflow.
• Handle customer concerns, complaints, and special requests professionally.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and proper presentation of dining and service areas.
• Support training and guidance of restaurant staff to maintain service quality.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate supply requirements when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety regulations.
• Prepare reports and assist management in achieving operational and customer service goals.
