Aquat Food Industries Company is seeking experienced Automation Engineers to support the operation and maintenance of automated production systems in its food manufacturing facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems while implementing preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance programs to ensure maximum equipment reliability and production efficiency.
AUTOMATION ENGINEER
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of related working experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in maintaining PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems.
- Hands-on experience in Preventive, Corrective, and Predictive Maintenance.
- Experience working in a food manufacturing company is required.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems used in food manufacturing operations.
- Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on automation and control equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve automation, electrical, and control system faults to minimize production downtime.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to increase equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
- Assist in the installation, commissioning, programming, and testing of automation systems.
- Calibrate and maintain sensors, actuators, drives, and other industrial control devices.
- Prepare maintenance reports, equipment documentation, and technical records.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards, company policies, and health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to support continuous manufacturing operations.
