Grand Hyatt Al Khobar Hotel and Residences is seeking an experienced Female Massage Therapist for an overseas employment opportunity in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will provide professional massage therapy and wellness services while maintaining high standards of guest care, professionalism, hygiene, and customer service.

FEMALE MASSAGE THERAPIST

Qualifications:

• Female applicants are required for this position.
• Age: 24–30 years old.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience is required.
• Experience in the hotel or spa industry is preferred.
• Proven skills in professional massage therapy.
• Knowledge of different massage techniques and wellness treatments.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, courteous, and guest-focused attitude.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to understand and respond to guest needs.
• Knowledge of proper hygiene and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a professional hotel or spa environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional massage therapy services according to established spa and wellness standards.
• Assess guests’ needs and recommend appropriate massage techniques and wellness treatments.
• Perform different massage techniques safely and professionally.
• Ensure guests receive a comfortable, relaxing, and positive treatment experience.
• Maintain a professional and courteous approach when interacting with guests.
• Explain available massage and wellness treatments clearly to clients.
• Follow proper hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure they are clean, organized, and properly equipped.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of massage equipment and treatment areas.
• Respect guest privacy and maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Monitor guest feedback and communicate concerns or special requests to the appropriate supervisor.
• Follow hotel and spa policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct.
• Coordinate with other spa and hotel staff to ensure smooth guest service.
• Perform other duties related to massage therapy and wellness services as assigned.
