Emdad Human Resources Company is seeking an experienced Assembly Team Leader to lead and supervise assembly teams in vehicle manufacturing and industrial assembly operations. The successful candidate will coordinate workflow, monitor productivity, resolve production issues, and ensure vehicles and components are assembled according to engineering specifications, quality standards, production schedules, and Ministry of Defense quality and safety requirements.

Candidates with expertise in vehicle assembly, engineering drawing interpretation, production planning, quality control, team supervision, and troubleshooting are encouraged to apply.

Assembly Team Leader

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience as an Assembly Team Leader or in a similar supervisory role.
• Experience in vehicle manufacturing, heavy equipment, or industrial assembly is preferred.
• Strong experience leading assembly teams to achieve production targets.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, assembly instructions, and technical specifications.
• Knowledge of vehicle assembly processes, quality control standards, and production planning.
• Good leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Technical or vocational Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, Industrial Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Ability to troubleshoot production and assembly issues.
• Physically fit and willing to work in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Willing to comply with Ministry of Defense quality, safety, and security procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise assembly teams to achieve daily production targets.
• Plan and coordinate assembly activities, manpower, materials, tools, and equipment.
• Monitor workflow and ensure timely completion of assigned assembly work.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, assembly instructions, and technical specifications.
• Supervise vehicle and component assembly according to approved procedures and specifications.
• Monitor assembly quality, workmanship, dimensions, alignment, and component installation.
• Ensure proper use of hand tools, power tools, assembly equipment, and measuring instruments.
• Identify production problems, assembly defects, and workflow issues and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with engineering, quality control, fabrication, machining, maintenance, and production teams.
• Monitor productivity, production output, and adherence to production schedules.
• Train, guide, and mentor assembly personnel to improve technical skills and productivity.
• Ensure proper handling and installation of vehicle components and assemblies.
• Maintain assembly records, production reports, inspection documentation, and other required records.
• Ensure assembly equipment and tools are properly maintained and safely operated.
• Promote good housekeeping, 5S, and continuous improvement practices.
• Enforce workplace safety procedures and proper use of PPE.
• Ensure assembly operations comply with Ministry of Defense quality, safety, and security requirements.
• Maintain high standards of quality while meeting production deadlines.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.
