Aluminum Fabricator

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be at least a High School Graduate.
• Male applicants are preferred for this role.
• Proven experience in fabricating and assembling aluminum doors, windows, frames, partitions, or similar structures.
• Knowledge of aluminum profiles, fabrication methods, hardware, fittings, and installation procedures.
• Ability to accurately measure, cut, drill, assemble, align, and install aluminum components.
• Ability to read and follow basic technical drawings, measurements, specifications, and work instructions.
• Skilled in the safe use of hand tools, power tools, and aluminum fabrication equipment.
• Good attention to detail, accuracy, and workmanship.
• Physically fit and capable of handling aluminum materials and performing fabrication and installation work.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions from supervisors.
• Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and proper use of personal protective equipment.
• Reliable, hardworking, disciplined, and willing to work in a professional industrial environment in Kuwait.

Responsibilities:

• Fabricate and assemble aluminum doors, windows, frames, partitions, and other aluminum structures according to drawings and specifications.
• Measure, mark, cut, drill, shape, and prepare aluminum profiles and materials accurately.
• Read and interpret basic technical drawings, fabrication plans, measurements, and work instructions.
• Assemble aluminum components using appropriate hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment.
• Install aluminum frames, doors, windows, partitions, and related structures at project sites.
• Install and properly secure glass panels, hinges, locks, handles, rollers, seals, and other hardware.
• Check measurements and dimensions before cutting, drilling, and assembling aluminum components.
• Ensure proper alignment, leveling, fitting, and finishing of fabricated aluminum products.
• Perform adjustments and modifications to ensure doors, windows, frames, and other structures operate properly.
• Inspect finished products for dimensional accuracy, proper fitting, alignment, appearance, and workmanship.
• Identify and correct fabrication or installation defects before products are delivered or handed over.
• Handle aluminum materials, glass panels, hardware, and finished products carefully to prevent damage.
• Maintain and properly use hand tools, power tools, cutting equipment, drilling machines, and other fabrication equipment.
• Keep the fabrication area, tools, equipment, and workstations clean and organized.
• Follow approved fabrication methods, project specifications, and company quality standards.
• Coordinate with supervisors, installers, engineers, and other workers to ensure smooth completion of fabrication and installation activities.
• Follow proper workplace safety procedures when handling aluminum, glass, tools, machinery, and materials.
• Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) during fabrication and installation activities.
• Minimize material waste through accurate measurements, cutting, and efficient material handling.
• Report damaged materials, defective components, equipment problems, and other work-related concerns to the supervisor.
• Perform other aluminum fabrication and installation duties assigned by management.
