PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project administration, project coordination, or related roles.
  • Preferably 40 years old or below.
  • Able to communicate effectively in English (written and spoken).
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist project managers in planning, coordinating, and monitoring project activities.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, records, and reports.
  • Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate communication between teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Prepare project status reports and updates for management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and contractual obligations.
  • Assist in procurement and inventory tracking for project materials when needed.
