Water Treatment Operator

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of working experience in steel manufacturing companies or industrial plant environments.
• Experience in water treatment operations within industrial or steel factory settings.
• No minimum educational attainment required.
• Strong understanding of basic industrial water treatment processes is an advantage.
• Ability to operate and monitor water treatment systems and equipment.
• Familiarity with industrial safety procedures and plant operations.
• Physically fit and able to work in a factory/industrial environment.
• Male applicants are preferred for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor water treatment systems within the steel manufacturing plant.
• Ensure proper treatment of industrial water used in production processes.
• Conduct routine checks and monitoring of water quality parameters.
• Adjust chemical dosing and system controls as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of water treatment equipment.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of system issues and report major faults.
• Record operational data, readings, and maintenance activities.
• Follow safety standards and environmental regulations at all times.
• Coordinate with maintenance and production teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in preventive maintenance of water treatment facilities.
• Ensure compliance with plant operational procedures and company standards.
