Undur-Ulaan Travel LLC is looking for an experienced and dependable Hotel Cleaner / Housekeeper to maintain clean, organized, and comfortable guest rooms and hotel facilities. The successful candidate should have relevant housekeeping experience, good attention to detail, and the ability to communicate in English.

Hotel Cleaner / Housekeeper

Qualifications:

• Female applicants are preferred.
• Must be 25–35 years old.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in hotel housekeeping, cleaning, or a related position.
• Must have a Diploma in Hospitality or Housekeeping NC II certification.
• Able to converse in English and communicate effectively with supervisors, co-workers, and guests.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning, sanitation, and housekeeping procedures.
• Good attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Physically fit and capable of performing routine housekeeping and cleaning tasks.
• Reliable, hardworking, responsible, and able to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain hotel guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and assigned areas according to established housekeeping standards.
• Make beds, change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish guest room supplies.
• Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize floors and surfaces.
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms, toilets, sinks, mirrors, and other fixtures.
• Ensure guest rooms are properly arranged, clean, and presentable before guest check-in.
• Collect and dispose of garbage and used housekeeping materials properly.
• Replenish toiletries, cleaning supplies, and other room amenities as required.
• Report damaged furniture, fixtures, equipment, maintenance issues, or missing items to the supervisor.
• Handle cleaning chemicals and housekeeping equipment safely and correctly.
• Follow hotel sanitation, hygiene, safety, and housekeeping procedures.
• Assist with laundry, linen handling, and other housekeeping duties when required.
• Respect guest privacy and maintain confidentiality regarding hotel guests.
• Perform other housekeeping and cleaning duties as assigned by management.
