Job Location: Saudi Arabia

Radar Operations and Maintenance Company is seeking motivated and hardworking HVAC Helpers to assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. The successful candidate will support HVAC technicians in daily operations, maintain tools and equipment, and ensure work areas are safe and organized.

This position is ideal for individuals with a basic understanding of HVAC systems and a strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills in the HVAC industry.

HVAC HELPER

Qualifications:

  • Must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Basic understanding of HVAC systems and equipment.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively under supervision.
  • Good physical condition and capable of performing manual and field work.
  • Willingness to learn HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair procedures.
  • Responsible, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of workplace safety practices is an advantage.
  • Previous experience as an HVAC Helper or related technical role is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist HVAC technicians in the installation of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.
  • Support routine preventive maintenance activities on HVAC equipment and systems.
  • Help diagnose and repair basic HVAC issues under the supervision of qualified technicians.
  • Carry and prepare tools, materials, equipment, and parts required for HVAC work.
  • Clean, organize, and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas.
  • Assist in dismantling, assembling, and replacing HVAC components when necessary.
  • Follow technical instructions, work procedures, and safety regulations at all times.
  • Ensure proper housekeeping and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and comply with workplace safety standards.
  • Assist in loading, unloading, and transporting HVAC materials and equipment.
  • Report equipment defects, safety hazards, or maintenance concerns to supervisors.
  • Perform other duties related to HVAC installation and maintenance as assigned.
