BARBER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience as a Barber.
• Must be at least a High School Graduate.
• Skilled in men’s haircutting, fading, tapering, and hair styling.
• Experienced in using clippers, shears, scissors, and razors.
• Skilled in beard trimming, shaping, and shaving.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to understand clients’ grooming preferences and provide appropriate recommendations.
• Knowledge of proper barbering hygiene and sanitation practices.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to deliver clean and precise haircuts.
• Professional, reliable, and customer-focused.
• Male applicants are preferred for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Cut, fade, taper, and style hair using clippers, shears, scissors, and razors.
• Perform a variety of men’s haircuts according to client preferences and current styles.
• Trim, shape, and shave beards, mustaches, and sideburns.
• Perform clean and precise beard and facial hair grooming.
• Consult with clients to understand their desired haircut, beard style, and overall grooming needs.
• Recommend suitable hairstyles and grooming styles based on the client’s preferences and appearance.
• Maintain clean and properly sanitized barbering tools, equipment, and workstations.
• Follow proper hygiene and sanitation procedures before and after serving each client.
• Ensure professional and courteous customer service at all times.
• Maintain knowledge of current men’s haircut, grooming, and styling trends.
• Monitor and maintain barbering supplies and report shortages when necessary.
• Handle barbering equipment safely and responsibly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment.
• Perform other related barbering duties as assigned by management.
