QC INSPECTOR
Qualifications:
- Male applicants, 23 to 40 years old.
- At least College Level or College Graduate.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of related work experience.
- Experience in cable manufacturing is an advantage.
- Good English communication skills.
- Physically and medically fit.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or irregularities.
- Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing and production environment.
- Willingness to follow quality control procedures, safety rules, and company policies.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality inspections of products, materials, components, and manufacturing processes.
- Inspect finished and semi-finished cable products for defects and quality issues.
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections according to established specifications.
- Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
- Identify defective products, materials, or processes and report quality issues promptly.
- Assist in investigating the causes of defects and non-conformities.
- Perform or assist with quality tests using appropriate inspection tools and equipment.
- Verify that products meet applicable specifications, standards, and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate inspection records, quality reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate with production personnel to address quality concerns and corrective actions.
- Monitor corrective actions and verify that identified quality issues are properly resolved.
- Follow established quality control procedures and workplace safety requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the inspection and work area.
- Communicate inspection findings clearly to supervisors and relevant production personnel.
- Perform other quality control duties as assigned.
