QC INSPECTOR

Qualifications:

  • Male applicants, 23 to 40 years old.
  • At least College Level or College Graduate.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of related work experience.
  • Experience in cable manufacturing is an advantage.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Physically and medically fit.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or irregularities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing and production environment.
  • Willingness to follow quality control procedures, safety rules, and company policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quality inspections of products, materials, components, and manufacturing processes.
  • Inspect finished and semi-finished cable products for defects and quality issues.
  • Perform visual and dimensional inspections according to established specifications.
  • Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
  • Identify defective products, materials, or processes and report quality issues promptly.
  • Assist in investigating the causes of defects and non-conformities.
  • Perform or assist with quality tests using appropriate inspection tools and equipment.
  • Verify that products meet applicable specifications, standards, and customer requirements.
  • Maintain accurate inspection records, quality reports, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with production personnel to address quality concerns and corrective actions.
  • Monitor corrective actions and verify that identified quality issues are properly resolved.
  • Follow established quality control procedures and workplace safety requirements.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the inspection and work area.
  • Communicate inspection findings clearly to supervisors and relevant production personnel.
  • Perform other quality control duties as assigned.
