Truck Pusher

Qualifications:

• Age: 25–45 years old.
• 2–4 years of relevant work experience as a Truck Pusher or in a similar heavy transport/rig move position.
• KSA or Gulf experience as a Truck Pusher is required.
• Strong knowledge and familiarity with different types of trucks and heavy vehicles.
• Previous Truck Driver experience is an advantage.
• High school certificate or equivalent; Diploma is an advantage.
• Good understanding of truck maneuvering, positioning, reversing, and safe vehicle movement.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a rig move and heavy equipment operations team.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Physically fit and capable of working in demanding outdoor and industrial environments.
• Strong awareness of occupational safety and traffic control procedures.
• Responsible, alert, disciplined, and safety-conscious.
• Willing to work flexible hours and support rig move operations according to operational requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the safe movement and positioning of trucks during rig move operations.
• Support truck drivers and rig move teams during loading, unloading, maneuvering, and positioning activities.
• Guide trucks and heavy equipment safely within work sites, access roads, yards, and rig move areas.
• Provide clear hand signals and instructions to drivers during reversing, parking, maneuvering, and positioning.
• Assist in coordinating the movement of multiple trucks and equipment in restricted or challenging areas.
• Inspect work areas and access routes for potential hazards before truck movement.
• Ensure adequate clearance around trucks, heavy equipment, structures, personnel, and other obstacles.
• Assist with the proper positioning of trucks according to operational instructions and rig move plans.
• Check that trucks and related equipment are properly secured before and during movement.
• Assist with the connection, positioning, and handling of equipment used during rig move operations, as directed.
• Communicate effectively with truck drivers, supervisors, rig move personnel, and other members of the operations team.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and comply with established rig move procedures.
• Assist in maintaining safe distances between moving vehicles, equipment, and personnel.
• Report unsafe conditions, equipment problems, route obstructions, or incidents to the supervisor immediately.
• Conduct basic visual checks of trucks and equipment before operations and report any defects or abnormalities.
• Assist in traffic control and safe vehicle flow within designated work areas.
• Maintain awareness of changing site conditions, ground conditions, weather, and other factors that may affect safe truck movement.
• Follow company policies, Saudi Arabian workplace regulations, and applicable health and safety procedures.
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and observe all site safety requirements.
• Maintain good housekeeping and ensure work areas remain organized and free from unnecessary hazards.
• Assist with other truck, transportation, and rig move operations as assigned by management.

An impressive beginning in the field of facility management has also started since 2017 in major rig sites in Kingdom in Saudi Arabia for well-known ARAMCO contractors.

We have a fleet of more than 200 medium and large sized Heavy Duty Hydraulic Cranes with capacity ranging from 50 tons to 500 tons. Transportation fleet consists of low-bed and flat-bed trailers and Heavy Equipment Rental including earth moving equipment and forklifts.

Our manpower consists of Rigging Supervisors, Crane Operators, Trailer Drivers, Heavy Equipment Operators, and Riggers. All our crane operators and Heavy Equipment operators are having valid Saudi Government License. Our Crane Operators are also having Saudi Aramco Crane Operator Certification and valid third-party license. We have Saudi Aramco Certified Riggers as well.

Our clientele includes Saudi Aramco, SABIC, SCECO, LSTK Electro Mechanical Contractors and its subcontractors.
