Job Vacancy: LAB INSPECTOR

Jeddah Cables Company is seeking qualified and experienced Lab Inspectors to support laboratory testing and quality control activities in its cable manufacturing operations in Saudi Arabia.
The Lab Inspector will assist in conducting laboratory inspections and tests on raw materials, production samples, and finished cable products to ensure compliance with established specifications and quality standards. Candidates with previous cable manufacturing experience are highly preferred.
LAB INSPECTOR
Qualifications:
- Male applicants, 23 to 40 years old.
- At least College Level or College Graduate.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of related work experience.
- Experience in cable manufacturing is a plus.
- Good English communication skills.
- Physically and medically fit.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording test results.
- Ability to follow laboratory procedures and quality control standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing and laboratory environment.
- Willingness to follow workplace safety procedures and company policies.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct laboratory inspections and testing of raw materials, production samples, and finished products.
- Perform routine quality tests according to established procedures and specifications.
- Collect, prepare, label, and document samples for laboratory testing.
- Inspect cable materials and products for quality, defects, and compliance with specifications.
- Operate laboratory testing instruments and equipment safely and correctly.
- Record test results accurately and maintain laboratory documentation.
- Identify abnormal test results, defects, or quality deviations and report them to the appropriate supervisor.
- Assist in investigating quality issues and non-conformities.
- Coordinate with production and quality control personnel regarding laboratory findings.
- Ensure laboratory equipment and testing tools are properly maintained and handled.
- Follow established laboratory procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper housekeeping within the laboratory.
- Assist in monitoring product quality throughout the manufacturing process.
- Prepare inspection and laboratory reports as required.
- Perform other laboratory and quality control duties assigned by management.
