Universal Factory Worker

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of working experience in a factory or related field.
• At least High School graduate.
• Must have a valid passport.
• Able to communicate in English.
• Ability to quickly learn new tasks, processes, and instructions.
• Basic technical or mechanical knowledge is preferred.
• Physically fit and capable of manual labor (lifting, standing for long hours).
• Willing to work in different industries (e.g., automotive, food production, logistics, electronics).
• Flexible to work shifting schedules, including night shifts and overtime.
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety practices.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of tasks across different factory and production environments.
• Support daily production operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Handle, load, and move materials as required.
• Operate basic machinery and equipment.
• Follow instructions and adapt quickly to different tasks and processes.
• Ensure work is completed efficiently and meets quality standards.
• Comply with workplace safety rules and regulations at all times.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area.
