DEMI CHEF DE PARTIE – BAKERY
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of working experience in a bakery or culinary position.
- No minimum educational attainment required for this position.
- Must have a valid passport with at least 2 years and 6 months validity.
- Knowledge of bakery production methods, recipes, and food preparation techniques.
- Ability to maintain consistent product quality and presentation.
- Good teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and follow company standards.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake breads, rolls, pastries, cakes, and other bakery products according to standard recipes.
- Ensure product quality, consistency, taste, and presentation meet company standards.
- Plan and organize daily bakery production schedules and requirements.
- Assist in preparing ingredients, mixing, shaping, baking, and finishing bakery items.
- Monitor baking processes and maintain proper food handling procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards in the bakery section.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients and finished products.
- Supervise and guide Commis Chefs and bakery assistants during daily operations.
- Assist in monitoring inventory, stock levels, and ingredient usage.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards at all times.
