Staff Nurse

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of recent hospital experience in NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit) and ICU/CCU (Intensive Care Unit/Coronary Care Unit).
  • Must have minimal to no employment gaps, with a maximum acceptable gap of 6 to 8 months.
  • Valid nursing qualifications and professional license.
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Compassionate, patient-focused, and able to work effectively under pressure.
  • Willing to work in a fast-paced hospital environment and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver safe, efficient, and compassionate nursing care to patients in the assigned unit.
  • Monitor patients’ conditions, assess healthcare needs, and document clinical observations accurately.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Operate and monitor medical equipment used in critical care settings.
  • Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Respond promptly to changes in patients’ conditions and medical emergencies.
  • Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medications, and post-care instructions.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations.
  • Follow infection control, patient safety, and quality assurance protocols at all times.
  • Participate in continuous professional development and hospital training programs.

  • SR 5,300
