SPEECH AND LANGUAGE THERAPIST

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
  • Candidates must be a Professional License holder (Passed Board/Professional Licensure Examination).
  • Female applicants are preferred for this role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Speech and Language Therapy or a related field is required.
  • Proven experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is required.
  • Must have a valid passport with a minimum validity of 18 months and a Certificate of Employment showing at least 2 years of continuous employment.
  • Must be available for immediate deployment and willing to commit to a minimum two-year contract.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and evaluate the speech, language, and communication skills of a 3-year-old child with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
  • Develop and implement individualized speech and language therapy plans based on the child’s needs and developmental goals.
  • Conduct structured and engaging therapy sessions to improve communication, speech, language comprehension, and expression.
  • Monitor the child’s progress regularly and adjust intervention strategies as needed.
  • Provide guidance and recommendations to parents or caregivers to support the child’s communication development at home.
  • Maintain accurate records of assessments, therapy sessions, progress, and treatment plans.
  • Coordinate with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare or developmental professionals to ensure consistent and effective care.
