Al Horany Automatic Gear LLC is seeking experienced Under Chassis Technicians to join its automotive service team in the United Arab Emirates. The successful candidates will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicle under chassis components, including suspension, steering, braking, and wheel alignment systems. Candidates should possess strong mechanical knowledge and be capable of performing accurate diagnostics and repairs in accordance with manufacturer standards.
Under chassis Technician
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience as an Under Chassis Technician or in a similar automotive repair role.
- Must possess a Vocational Diploma or Short Course Certificate in Automotive Technology or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of automotive mechanical systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures.
- Ability to inspect and diagnose alignment issues, uneven tire wear, and suspension problems.
- Experience performing advanced diagnostics on engine, transmission, electrical, brake, suspension, and steering systems.
- Skilled in using automotive diagnostic equipment, wheel alignment machines, and workshop tools.
- Good troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in an automotive dealership is an advantage.
- Willing to relocate and work in the United Arab Emirates.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair under chassis components, including suspension, steering, braking, and wheel alignment systems.
- Identify and troubleshoot alignment issues, uneven tire wear, suspension faults, and steering-related problems.
- Perform advanced diagnostics on engine, transmission, electrical, brake, suspension, and steering systems using appropriate diagnostic equipment.
- Repair or replace worn or damaged under chassis components such as shock absorbers, control arms, ball joints, tie rods, bushings, bearings, and related parts.
- Conduct wheel alignment and suspension inspections to ensure proper vehicle handling and safety.
- Perform preventive maintenance and ensure all repairs comply with manufacturer specifications.
- Test vehicles after repairs to verify proper operation and performance.
- Maintain accurate service records, inspection reports, and repair documentation.
- Keep the workshop clean, organized, and compliant with workplace health and safety standards.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
