Home Bakery is seeking skilled and passionate Baristas to join its café team in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidates will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee beverages, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining consistency in coffee preparation and presentation in a fast-paced, high-volume café environment.

BARISTA

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as a Barista in a high-volume coffee shop.
• Strong expertise in latte art techniques and coffee presentation.
• Deep knowledge of coffee beans, roasting profiles, brewing methods, and espresso machine operations.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and composure under pressure.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods during shifts.
• Willing to relocate and work in Saudi Arabia.
• Preference may be given to candidates with visible arm tattoos (as per employer preference).

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee beverages, including espresso-based drinks, lattes, cappuccinos, and specialty coffee.
• Demonstrate expertise in latte art and beverage presentation.
• Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment.
• Ensure proper coffee extraction, grinding, and brewing techniques based on standards.
• Maintain deep knowledge of coffee beans, roasts, brewing methods, and coffee science.
• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service at all times.
• Take orders accurately and handle customer inquiries in a courteous manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of coffee machines, tools, and work areas.
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently while working under pressure in a busy café environment.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and quality standards consistently.

Salary & Benefits:

• SAR 2,500 to SAR 2,700 / month
• Food allowance: SAR 300 / month
• Free accommodation and transportation.
