Al-Gharbia Enterprises Trading & Contracting Co. LLC is seeking a skilled Tipper Operator to safely operate tipper trucks for the transportation of construction materials, aggregates, soil, rock, sand, and other bulk materials on civil, infrastructure, and marine construction projects. The successful candidate will ensure efficient material handling while complying with company safety standards and operational procedures.

TIPPER OPERATOR

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Tipper Operator or Heavy Truck Driver.
• Valid heavy vehicle driving license appropriate for operating tipper trucks.
• Experience working on construction, infrastructure, quarry, or earthworks projects is preferred.
• Good knowledge of safe driving practices and heavy equipment operation.

Responsibilities:

• Operate tipper trucks safely to transport construction materials to and from project sites.
• Load, transport, and unload materials such as sand, gravel, soil, rock, asphalt, and demolition waste.
• Perform daily pre-operation and post-operation inspections of the vehicle, including brakes, tires, lights, fluid levels, and hydraulic systems.
• Ensure loads are properly secured and transported in accordance with company safety procedures.
• Operate hydraulic tipping mechanisms safely during unloading operations.
• Follow designated haul routes, traffic regulations, and site instructions at all times.
• Coordinate with supervisors, dispatchers, equipment operators, and site personnel to ensure timely material deliveries.
• Report vehicle defects, mechanical issues, accidents, or unsafe conditions immediately.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure routine maintenance requirements are completed.
• Complete delivery records, inspection reports, and daily operation logs accurately.
• Comply with workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Site Supervisor or Equipment Manager.
