TILE LAYER ASSISTANT

Qualifications:

  • Male applicants are preferred
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Tile Layer / Tiler in interior fit-out projects
  • Prior experience in salons, spas, hotels, or luxury retail interiors is preferred
  • Kung marunong sa paglagay ng tiles sa swimming pools, highly preferred
  • Knowledge of UAE fit-out standards and site practices is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Physically fit and able to work on construction sites

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the installation of ceramic, porcelain, marble, and other types of tiles for floors, walls, and special surfaces
  • Support surface preparation works including cleaning, leveling, waterproofing, and layout marking
  • Assist in cutting, shaping, and fitting tiles using appropriate tools and equipment
  • Help in grouting, sealing, and finishing tiles to achieve high-quality results
  • Follow site instructions, drawings, and specifications from supervisors
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety of the work area at all times
  • Comply with UAE safety regulations and company site practices
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Tile Layer or Site Supervisor

Salary & Benefits:

  • Basic Salary: AED 1,500
  • Food Allowance: AED 300
  • Accommodation: Provided by company

  • Other benefits as per UAE Labor Law
