Good Work is seeking skilled Pizza Chefs for deployment to Croatia. The successful candidates will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality pizzas while ensuring food safety, consistency, and excellent kitchen standards.

PIZZA CHEF

Qualifications:

• Minimum of one (1) year of working experience as a Pizza Chef or in a related food preparation role.
• No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
• Knowledge of pizza dough preparation, sauce making, and pizza assembly techniques.
• Experience operating wood-fired, gas, electric, or stone pizza ovens is an advantage.
• Familiarity with food safety, hygiene, and kitchen sanitation standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Physically fit and able to work long hours while standing.
• Must possess a passport with at least two (2) years validity remaining.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and portion pizza dough according to company recipes and established standards.
• Prepare sauces, cheese, toppings, and other ingredients for daily kitchen operations.
• Stretch, shape, and assemble pizzas based on menu specifications and customer orders.
• Operate wood-fired, gas, electric, or stone ovens and monitor cooking times and temperatures.
• Ensure pizzas are prepared consistently in terms of taste, quality, presentation, and portion control.
• Monitor ingredient freshness and ensure proper food storage and handling procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, kitchen equipment, and food preparation areas.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations at all times.
• Assist with inventory control and report shortages of ingredients and supplies.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and service of orders.
• Maintain kitchen tools, ovens, and equipment in good working condition.
• Support the kitchen team in achieving high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction.
