Electrical Engineer
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer
- Proven experience in planning, designing and testing power stations and equipment used for generation, distribution, transmission and utilisation of electric power
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (or equivalent). Possessing a PRC License is considered advantageous
- Strong familiarity with software and performs detailed calculations to plan, design and develop manufacturing, construction and installation standards and specifications to improve electrical systems
- Specialises in research in areas such as power generation and transmission systems, transformers, switchgear and electric motors, telemetry, and control systems
- Must have complete visa support documents, including: passport, police clearance, employment reference letters, salary evidence (e.g., pay slips, government contributions), academic credentials
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop electrical systems, circuits, and components based on project requirements
- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and cost estimates
- Supervise and inspect the installation, modification, testing, and operation of electrical systems
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulatory guidelines
- Conduct risk assessments and troubleshoot issues related to electrical components and systems
- Oversee maintenance programs and recommend system upgrades or improvements
- Collaborate with other engineers, architects, and construction professionals
- Monitor project progress and deliver solutions that enhance system efficiency and reliability
