Aureol Global Connections is seeking skilled and experienced Plumbers/Pipefitters for an overseas work opportunity in Ireland. The successful candidates will be responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, testing, and commissioning plumbing and piping systems in commercial, educational, medical, and industrial facilities. Applicants with relevant trade qualifications, strong technical skills, and a full driving license are encouraged to apply.

PLUMBER/PIPEFITTER

Qualifications:

• Relevant apprenticeship, trade qualification, or certification in Plumbing/Pipefitting.
• Proven experience working with plumbing and piping systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Good knowledge of pipe materials, fittings, valves, pumps, and related equipment.
• Proficient in using hand tools and power tools.
• Welding or fabrication experience is an advantage.
• Experience in commercial, industrial, or construction environments is preferred.
• Knowledge of heating and HVAC systems is an advantage.
• Experience with commercial HVAC systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) is an advantage.
• Confined-space, manual-handling, or other safety training certifications are beneficial.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
• Full/valid driving license required.
• Physically fit and capable of performing plumbing and pipefitting work.

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing and pipework systems in commercial, industrial, medical, educational, and construction environments.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, piping layouts, specifications, and installation plans.
• Measure, cut, thread, bend, fit, and assemble pipes accurately.
• Install and connect water supply, heating, drainage, gas, and compressed air systems.
• Install and maintain pipes, fittings, valves, pumps, fixtures, and related equipment.
• Perform pressure testing, leak detection, system testing, and commissioning.
• Diagnose plumbing and piping faults and carry out appropriate repairs.
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure systems operate safely and efficiently.
• Use hand tools, power tools, measuring equipment, and other plumbing equipment safely.
• Perform welding or fabrication work when required and within the worker’s qualifications.
• Coordinate with electricians, HVAC technicians, engineers, contractors, and other trades.
• Complete service reports, maintenance records, and other required documentation.
• Identify potential system problems and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
• Ensure all work complies with building regulations, health and safety requirements, and company procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow safe working practices when working at heights, in confined spaces, or around operating equipment.
• Perform other plumbing, pipefitting, and maintenance duties as assigned.
