Bassam Trading Company is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Coordinator to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in sourcing, preparing, and submitting tenders while ensuring full compliance with project specifications and deadlines.

TENDER COORDINATOR (BIDDING)

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in tender coordination, bidding, or proposal preparation.
• Strong knowledge of tendering processes, procurement requirements, and compliance standards.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of coordinating with multiple departments.

Responsibilities:

• Source and identify relevant tender opportunities for projects and contracts.
• Prepare and compile comprehensive tender submissions in line with client requirements.
• Ensure all bids comply with technical, financial, and legal specifications.
• Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary documentation and approvals.
• Track tender submission deadlines and ensure timely delivery of proposals.
• Maintain accurate records of tender activities, communications, and outcomes.
• Assist in post-submission follow-ups and clarifications with clients or regulatory bodies.
